Untangle Server's Active Directory Connector is designed
to leverage your Microsoft Active Directory server to
simplify policy management and enrich reporting. Active
Directory can be used for:
- Authentication in Untangle’s Remote Access Portal
(RAP)
- Reporting by user name
- Enforcing policy, such as web content restrictions,
by user name
